They extend a heart-felt invitation to you to join them in a variety of activities and events. If you are blind or partially sighted and wish to share your experiences with others and make new friends, gain helpful information to improve your quality of life, and participate in fun-filled activities and events, these support groups are just the ticket.

Each of the following support groups list a contact person and telephone number you can call with any questions you may have.

Ex-Sighted
Description:
This special support group for the blind and partially sighted is called Ex-Sighted. If you are blind or partially sighted and wish to share your experiences with others and make new friends, this group is for you.

Out-of-Sight
Description:
The blind members and friends support each other through conversation, discussion of common problems, and exchange of useful information. You are invited to bring your lunch, and join this group for coffee, snacks, and playing games.

United Blind of Spokane
Description:
This advocacy/support group discusses a variety of local and national issues to improve the well-being of blind and partially sighted people while encouraging and assisting all blind persons to develop their abilities.

This organization is a member of the WA Council of the Blind, an affliate of the American Council of the Blind.

Description:
A group of blind and partially sighted people meets on the second Saturday of each month at 12 p.m. The group gathers at the St. Paul Lutheran Church located at 295 E. Dominion Ave. in Colville.
